3. Sampling

4. Revisions & approval

5. Bulk production

6. Final QC & packing

The starting sample fee for a custom T-shirt is $60 USD. Prices vary based on design complexity, fabric weight and quality, techniques, custom labels, and shipping costs.
Yes, we refund the sample fee for bulk orders over 100pcs. This is our commitment to long-term partnerships.
Q3. How much does a custom T-shirt cost per piece?
The unit price depends on several factors: fabric and GSM, print/embroidery method, number of colors, label and packaging details, and order quantity. After you share your design and target quantity, we’ll send a clear price sheet with different breaks (e.g. 100 / 200 / 300 pcs).
Q4. How long does it take to make samples and bulk production?
Sample lead time is usually around 7–14 days after all details are confirmed.
Bulk production normally takes about 25–35 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on the total quantity and techniques used.
Q5. Do you have a quality control process?
Yes. We inspect fabric, printing, stitching and measurements at several stages: incoming fabric check, in-line sewing inspection and final QC before packing. We pay special attention to collar shape, shrinkage, print quality and size specs to keep your T-shirts consistent.
Q6.What shipping options do you offer and how much does it cost?
We work with reliable logistics partners and can arrange air, sea or express shipping, or cooperate with your own forwarder. Shipping costs depend on carton volume, weight and your location.
